I worked on the same ward as Vanessa at Southlands hospital and although I was a nursing assistant and she was a trained nurse she always treated me as an equal. I can genuinely say that I never heard a bad word against her by staff or patients. Her smiley face always helped!!

No matter how busy the shift was we could always find something to make us giggle
